Grants are awarded to individuals eligible for services through Trumbull County Board of DD. Applications must be completed with the assistance of a team member at Trumbull County Board of DD.
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life of individuals with developmental disabilities eligible for services through the Trumbull County Board of DD. We strive to provide choices, opportunities, and resources that enable children and adults to fully reach their potential as members of the community. Focused on ability and driven by impact, we raise funds and promote community awareness to enrich the lives of the individuals we serve.
The Fairhaven Foundation works to enhance the quality of life of eligible individuals by intentionally engaging them in impactful programming and supporting meaningful outcomes. Established as a 501(c)3 non-profit in 1997, the Fairhaven Foundation is solely funded by donations. We award grants to help families in emergency situations, provide grocery funding, support therapeutic and educational camp opportunities, summer enrichment programs, adaptive clothing and equipment, defray medical costs, and for the "above and beyond" events, projects and programs, all of which are not covered by taxpayer dollars.
