Renee Bastounis

As the Department Director of a child welfare agency, I am deeply committed to the children and families of Trumbull County and take great pride in serving on the Board of the Fairhaven Foundation. Having a family member who receives services through the TCBDD, I see the positive impact that the services have on her wellbeing and want others to experience this as well. I am honored to be a member of a Board that has meaningful impact and provides opportunities that empower individuals with special needs, in an effort for them to have the best quality of life.   

I have been employed by Trumbull County Children Services since 2000. During my tenure at Children Services, I have gained a vast amount of experience in working with children and families as an Extended Care Caseworker, Resource/Foster Care and Adoption Caseworker, Agency Floater, Residential Coordinator, Intake and Screening Supervisor and my current position as the Director of In-Home Services.
